Tomorrow I start another fitbit challenge with my brother (M-F) which will get me back into walking mode after this last week of not doing much with it at all. Today I'm meeting up to help plan my niece's baby shower (my bestfriend's daughter) and then later a massage/mechanic session which I'm looking forward to but not looking forward to, if you know what I mean. Needs to be done but it's not necessarily going to be fun.

I'm still struggling to get back in kickass mode but I think starting the challenge will get the mindset back together. Today I'm mentally kind of going with the flow and I'm just making sure the flow doesn't put me in the wrong river. I have 26 days to lose just under 10 pounds before Dad gets here. Totally doable as long as I'm paying attention and I TRY. If I don't try, it's not gonna happen. So today I regroup, tomorrow I dig in.
