Having depression medicine issues, binge eating. Going to doctor on Tuesday. Afraid of change. Don't know what hurdle or wall is in the way of getting below 270. A pound a day since last journal entry. With the weight I have lost I can move more. I don't know how to deal with the damage I have done to my body. Crying like a baby. Can't get more honest than that. Hoping to get s**t together to continue on this journey.
285.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 135.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thanks for positive support. Today is a new day going to figure out new goal, won't be able to make 250 by 2-14-16. I have so much gratitude for FS site. Learn new things on this journey.

Sounds like you've hit multiple plateaus. There's no easy fix, start with the psychological because you can't be successful with the physical unless you've got the mental aspect under control.
