Good Morning,

I have been doing the "Paleo Diet" since January 1st, and I have lost about a pound per week without much exercise. Feeling good!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

way to go... if you exercise you'll prolly lose twice as much.. :)

Thank you jmb, my wife and I are fasting the first 21 days of January and because our daughter and son-in-law are doing Paleo, we thought that we would have greater success if we all fasted the same type of food. Normally we do the Daniel Fast.

Congrats!!! My hub and I are on primal (similar to paleo, but includes dairy) and loving it!
