I was shocked this morning when I stepped on the scale, "205"! I haven't seen that in quite a while. Very happy today. :-) I have had so much energy lately, "spring" cleaning my unorganized house. The house is not dirty, just very unorganized, due to my illnesses. When I get up and start cleaning, my husband also gets busy. If I sit and watch TV, so does he. lol. Two rooms down, four more to go(not including the dreaded basement, yuck). It's so nice to have the extra energy. Everybody have a wonderful week!!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
