Oh how I love LCHF!!! If I were trying to do WW again or low fat I'd have cheated 10 times already. I'd be frustrated and maybe lost 2-5lbs.
171.1 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
