Boo, hiss, bad. Not sure where this and from. I've been eating all the same foods. I was a little I've RDI the last couple days but not enough to warrant this. I'm sure it will go soon. I was extra thirsty yesterday. Not sure why. I do know this is what I get for weighing in everyday. But I need that accountability. So I am ok. I've been doing well.

174.1 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you clothes getting tighter and are you feeling more sluggish? A 2-3 pound variance in a day is not unusual...scales are just a small tool on the way to a healthy weight : )
