Sure feels good. Oddly, it still feels 'normal' I don't feel any different, i still feel just like 'me'. I know I am different, it just feels the same, except more fluidity in my body I suppose. I can get how Philmck has a difficulty with accepting visual change when it feels the same inside. Anyway, I have another 10 kilos to go... could take another year. That's ok, I'm fine with that, no rush. The longer it takes to go down, as long as it keeps going down, the longer I can savour the success and have a goal in sight. Quite what will happen once I reach the goal only time will tell.....
