Well it's time to face facts-- gained weight. Oh well, it's only 2 lbs. Hopefully once life starts getting normal again my weight loss will get back on track. I love the holidays but man are they hard. Happy New Year everyone. I hope everyone had a good and safe time!
221.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Two pounds is not a lot. A lot of use are in recovery mode... LOL
