I'm having a hard time with will power lately. I keep thinking oh it's just this one thing. But it's never just this one thing it's always a bunch of one things. Luckily, most of the terrible and tempting things are out of my house and I can get back on track. I'm holding off on weighing myself because I'm trying to get my body back to feeling normal. Hope everyone has a good New Years Eve!
219.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are not the only one with problems with will power. I do too. Keep trying to work around it...

The hardest part of this is keeping your head straight and motivated. Focus on the positives and look for ways to be active and eat tasty food that's on your plan. It really helps. This is a hard time of year with lots of excuses to make excuses. You can do it :)
