This is my last week before transition. I've decided to increase my calorie goal another 100 cal/day (to 1300) and will increase another 100 for each week of transition. Trying to head off weigh gain once I go off the diet like I experienced last time.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
