I know it's up and down, but seeing that zero on the scales - albeit with the following .9 - felt great. Last time I had that was 10 kilos and 7 or 8 months ago :)
156.3 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
