I have been feeling pain in the front part of my thighs. Apparently I didn't stretch enough ... I feel better now, after the gym monitor helped me stretch correctly.

Stretching is important. So is cooling down and stretching after a workout. Sometimes, though, no matter what you do it's just gonna hurt. You must be working hard!!

When I'm doing cardio I try to get almost out-of-breath and stay there for long(ish) periods. But I think the leg pain was from the weight machine. I'll do weights again tomorrow and I'll be paying attention to the effects it causes. Maybe it was the bicycle after all ...
