Water retention is a great excuse for gaining half a pound :-) The cod, at lunch, was *VERY* good.
My legs are much better, pain-wise, than yesterday and the day before. Either I didn't push hard enough, or the weight machine is ok, or the stretching is effective, or a mixture of all three. Tomorrow I'll go on the bicycle and compare.
