The more I drink the easier it becomes :)
Just noticed I'm about half an hour ahead of the usual time to start the 3rd 500 ml (approx 17 fl oz) bottle of water.

A month ago I went all morning with just an expresso!

Good Job PM. I noticed the same thing. And now that I have been drinking plenty of water my body reminds me that it wants it. I find drinking through a straw helps make it go quicker.
