This weekend gain is frustrating, I stayed on track all weekend and am tired of losing and gaining the same 2 pounds. I guess I can 't let it get to me,, the good news is I made it to the Gym this morning and started my 12 week training plan,, I am thrilled about that . I even had a friend join me. She is new at strength training so it was fun helping her out and having someone to work out with . She did awesome . I look forward to tomorrow .,, Loving a new start,, Maybe we can get the muscles woken up and get some Fat burning going on,, I will keep you posted :-)
