This weekend gain is frustrating, I stayed on track all weekend and am tired of losing and gaining the same 2 pounds. I guess I can 't let it get to me,, the good news is I made it to the Gym this morning and started my 12 week training plan,, I am thrilled about that . I even had a friend join me. She is new at strength training so it was fun helping her out and having someone to work out with . She did awesome .
I look forward to tomorrow .,, Loving a new start,, Maybe we can get the muscles woken up and get some Fat burning going on,, I will keep you posted :-)
158.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.0 lb a week

Don't Give Up!!! Perhaps keeping a written journal of your eating habits and exercise will show where you might be helping this lose/gain cycle. I was having the same thing happen and I discovered that I wasn't doing the exercise as much as I should have been doing. Since correcting that I've lost consistently! I'm excited about your new exercise program and hope it will keep you on a downward path! I know you can do it! :D

We all hit snags along the way but know that if you are doing everything right, the scales will soon reflect it. Keep on keepin' on!

I find that if I am struggling I change something goo over RDI or under... walk an extra mile or take a break. THings to make your body sit up and take notice. It is not a miracle cure and don't change everything just one thing. Shake it up.

i went back and forth with the same 5 lbs for 4 weeks until i lowered my net carbs , upped my water and stepped it up at the gym. It was a rough week but I pushed thru it, I know you can too. Do what works for you! Hang in there pretty lady! you got this..
