i hav had company quite a bit lately, still doing very well even with everyone else drinkin and eating what they want. i do all the cooking (11 extra people at house) so that makes it easy to make healthy dishes. I made whole grain pancakes one day and soup with whole grain rolls and only 1 person made a face at the pancakes, same person loved the rolls tho, go figure. not to bad cooking healthy and not getting compalaints. heck i wonder how many of them dont even realize they're eating healthy. the only problem i ran into is that no one eats a serving size, so when i thot the egg bake was enuf it was a little less than needed. so next time i will remember just cus i eat a serving size doesnt mean everyone else doesn't want two servings each lol...
