Okay, so I was really excited to see another drop just one day later so I am posting it but I did read some of your responses to my last journal and I agree that I should only be weighing myself once a week. It is a great motivator to me if I've lost like this morning but I did get very frustrated when the scale was not moving. I realize that the closer I get to my goal weight and once I move out of detox, the slower the weight will come off and the less I can rely on that for motivation. I told my husband this morning that what I am most excited about at this point is to get to the point where my clothes size changes. I have tons of size 10 clothes and quite a few size 12 pants and yet here I sit in a 14. So anyways, my next weighin probably will be in 2 days when I switch from detox to phase 2 but after that I am going to try not to be that slave.

Congrats- you're doing a great job- remember at some point weight loss will slow down but muscle mass will start to build so don't get discouraged if the scale does not move, go with how your clothes are fitting! Keep up the good work!
