Holy 2lbs Batman!! I weighed myself about 4 times this morning to make sure my scale wasn't lying. Still shaking my head in amazement, going to do some house cleaning exercise and smile while I'm doing it!
172.6 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
