My Vacation setback,, it could have been a lot worse,, I will take 3 pds . I am back on track and headed in the right direction . Thank you Jesus .;-)and thank you Friends for your support .
163.1 lb Lost so far: 19.9 lb.    Still to go: 38.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know where you are coming from... Two weeks ago I also engaged in hedonistic eating behaviors while on vacation (an enjoyed it all). I always look for new beginnings even if they are just a renewal of efforts - new day, new week, refocus after vacation, etc. They are all opportunities to make *it* a better one...
