I am happily married to my spouse of 15 years who I have convinced to be my life coach. (If this doesn't work nothing will)! I have 3 grown children ages 29-35 and 2 absolutely wonderful, very busy grandsons, ages 7 and 9 . I have been over 200 pounds since the year 2002 and it's time to get rid of it! I would like to get down to my ideal weight which I haven't seen in over years. Although right now my goal is to get out of the grossly obese column, and work from there towards my Ideal weight.

I have 4 dogs, 2 jack's, 1 lhasa apso, and one chihuahua. I also have 1 cat who wasn't crazy about the dogs so he moved to his own room in the basement.
