I am happily married to my spouse of 19 years who I have convinced to be my life coach. (If this doesn't work nothing will)! I have 3 grown children and 2 absolutely wonderful, very busy grandsons, ages 13 and 11. I also have a beautiful Grand Daughter, she is a year old. I would like to get down to my ideal weight which I haven't seen in in quite some time. I was almost there 3 years ago then I had a stomach ulcer and other digestive problems. So needless to say, I have regained every pound I lost and then some!

So Now I am ready to take control of my life again in so many ways. Eating clean is just one of them.
