Thanks everyone for the support!!!! I managed to lose 70 lbs a few years ago by following Weight Watchers and exercising on my treadmill an hour every night 5 to 6 nights a week. I am unable to exercise on my treadmill anymore, due to chronic foot pain for which I am not finding any answers for as the reason why I have this pain issue. It keeps me from being as active as I would like. There are other forms of exercise, but my treadmill was what worked for me.
