1525 kcal Fat: 38.67g | Prot: 136.76g | Carb: 126.07g.   Breakfast: SOVIMO egg white SOVIMO, Oats Cereal (Dry, Not Fortified). Lunch: SOVIMO egg white SOVIMO, our own anna's low fat yogurt, Oats Cereal (Dry, Not Fortified), Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), Cooked Green Peas (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Agrino agrino brown rice. Dinner: Red Table Wine, Olive Oil, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cucumber (Peeled), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Snacks/Other: SOVIMO egg white SOVIMO, Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled), Trader Joe's Cocoa Powder Unsweetened, our own anna's low fat yogurt, Almonds. more...
