My first week back on Weight Watchers went really well. 3.2 lbs well! Being able to snack on fruits and veggies all I wanted without counting calories was great. There are so many foods that are "free", which is really helpful, given how much I like to eat! Here's to a great new week FS buddies!
141.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome! Glad that is working! Here's a little hint, tip. The slower you eat, and the more you pay attention to what you're eating, the more full you get, the less you eat! Hugs! Keep up the great work!!
