I've had 2 days in a row of eating about 1000 calories. NOT GOOD! Unfortunately the nausea is killing me. Sad to say enjoying a nice cold bottle of water was my supper - I couldn't stomach anything else! I had morning sickness w/ my last pregnancy, but not this bad or this early on.
167.4 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel you! I am not dealing with the morning sickness (ha!) I mean ALL DAY sickness well. How far along are you? I'm just over 6 weeks, so not too far along here yet.

I was about 6 wks when I posted that... I'm 8 wks now. What is helping you? For me it's sour stuff and ginger ale.

i was trying that but now have developed an aversion to both sour things and ginger ale. this week it seems like fried rice and biscuits and donuts. lol carb city. i can't stomach too much though, so still not getting in enough calories. have you ever tried mom pops?

No, I haven't, although I found some sour pops at the dollar store (Taz pops I think they were called) that work pretty well. And yes, carbs help as well. I'm trying not to have those too often though, don't want a repeat of my weight gain from my last pregnancy.
