I think I'm gonna have to work a lot harder now that I am a smaller weight. I've been on a plateau for almost 2 months, and I think I finally broke it last week (I weigh in every Monday to assess the previous week). I had to include exercise for the first time since I started 7 months ago. But, I'm finally at a weight where I can do most exercises. I only did 2 hours last week, but it's a start. Also, I cut WAY back on the Atkins products. So, that contributed a bit too, I'm sure. Anyway, I'm happy to see the scale move in the right direction finally. Two months with no weight loss after averaging 9 lbs/mo was frustrating, but I didn't even stray on e. I found some things that had hidden carbs that were sabotaging my diet, so that was part of the cause. But I think I'm finally back on my way.
