Today is a day full of determination and motivation. I almost didn't do my second T25 workout yesterday but I managed and though I am sore today, I am proud that I did it. So I am taking that feeling and using it to fuel today. I am honestly feeling great right now. I don't feel bloated or anything so...hopefully this will continue through the day and not like it normally does where I feel super bloated and bleh by bedtime. :)
