Finally I made the scale move! I need to stay with my plan. I need to eat less calories and exercise more. I also to need to eat less sweets. It's my weakness so I am going to try to reach for fruits and vegetables or a healthy snack instead.
205.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 70.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Yes - you can do it - stock up on healthy snacks and get the sweets put pf ypour house!

Thanks you all for the support. Healthy snacks it is and and remove the not so good stuff. Yes, I need to stick to the plan and make it a lifestyle changs. Thanks!
