I had gotten to about 200 in about March or so. Realizing how much I fluctuate really stresses me out. I'm trying not restricting or counting too much. But I did realize as I got really stressed last week I ate less. I can't keep fluctuating.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 154.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

YAY - so happy to see you here! You are an inspiration - be sure to remember how far you have traveled! I am working on building muscle and losing bodyfat. Are you doing CrossFit still?

Hcb I am at my crossfit gym but currently just doing Oly 3x a week. I don't know if I posted a few months back, but last August I tore my rotator cuff and didn't lift until about December at all, and finally getting back into a routine like 2 months ago.

Yes, you have to allow yourself to heal, too. I recall you had a back issue, too, so I hope you are feeling better in some areas.
