Just broke into the 121's at 121.9kg! Little slower rate of fat/weight loss than previous weeks but I am sure that's because of my total volume of food over the last week and it included a cheat day. Very proud of my results :)

well done...but jeez i must say that keeping the cals under 600 while maintaining ur macros to stay in ketosis is HARD lol i cant do it, feel like im going to cave....maby i should just stick to my regular ketogenic diet and once im back into following my regular lifestyle add one fast day in at a time...what do you think???

Ibiza many people find it easier to keep the 600 (or 500) cals for the evening meal...makes it easier mentally....and bonus if you prefer one decent plate of food as opposed to 2 or 3 small meals. For some ppl eating early in the day triggers a lot of hunger and then its just "chomp, chomp, chomp" lol Think of ppl doing Ramadan their bodies are in such a deep ketotic state they don't feel hungry at all during the day.

i think i'll do that rather yeah, eat one proper meal at night instead of breaking it up into tiny bites here and there....i am Muslim, i do practice fasting so it is easy for me to go an entire day without food, thanks for making me realize that im actually making it harder on myself by continually munching when its usually so easy for me to go an entire day without food
