Hmmm...don't know what happened to yesterdays post and wt or this mornings so I will do it again. I am happy with my resolve. I am heading in the direction i want to go. I went to a garden party yesterday evening and only ate a few bites. My optimum intake for wt loss is about 1200 Kcal daily and once I get in the groove it is easy to accomplish.
206.4 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 June 2015:
1200 kcal Fat: 48.50g | Prot: 41.33g | Carb: 68.78g.   Breakfast: Sugar in the Raw Natural Cane Turbinado Sugar, Butter, Whole Milk, Black Tea. Lunch: Mission Flour Tortillas (Fajita Size), Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Turkey Breast Meat. Dinner: Gin. Snacks/Other: White Table Wine. more...
