Up some weight at this weigh in. It's time for me to get back on track. I have not been good the last few days. I admit I had a darn corn dog and kettle corn at the fair on Sun, regular white pasta for dinner the other night, just to name a few. It is amazing how fast you can put it on. Seems like it is easier to put on than to lose!!!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

Absoulutly I look sometimes and think in one day I can gain 2 lbs but it takes three weeks to get it off.

We all hate that rule of life...I can put on 3 lbs in a weekend of slight cheating and will take me 2 weeks almost to get back down. But you are doing fine!

It's much easier to put in on, than take it off. Completely unfair, but such is life. Good luck at getting back on track!
