Not super concerned about the increase, its PMS week and everything I've read has said anywhere between two and ten pounds (in some cases) is 'normal'.


Ate poorly thanks to the holiday cookout, but I've been careful to continue with my exercising to try and re-balance.


169.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
