I surprised myself this morning with my willpower....we had a meeting with the department head, catered with various Panera bagels and cream cheese. I managed not only to skip the bagels, but was able to have one sit on the desk in front of me through the entire meeting, and made it ALL the way back to my coworker's desk.
The bad from today is around 3PM I was ravenous, so I went for a PB&J :( I'm not sure if I overdid it yesterday with working out and then mowing the yard, if its TOM creeping up on me, or if I'm just crazy stressed right now between work, home life and upcoming somewhat-distant future choices, but I am just feeling exhausted and am ready to go home.
