Well, here I go, starting again. This is the most I have ever weighed in my life. I know what to do, but I have been unwilling to commit. Yet I know I have to get on this, and do what needs to be done, before I develop other health issues (even just from aging) which will complicate matters. Good luck to me, and to anyone on this journey with me who reads this.

I think everyone here at FS has had to reboot their weight loss journey before….me too!!! Don’t beat yourself up. The main thing to remember is you are not giving up. Remove bad food from your environment. Take note of your triggers, and keep getting after it!

Aaron has good advice! Get rid of foods that will hinder your weight loss, plan meals and snacks, prep snacks, and log everything!
