Hello buddies, today my weight shows down 0.6, I weighed myself 3 times to make sure then I put the scale up walked into the kitchen came back pulled the scale out weighed myself again and it said something different. So I'm going with the first weigh in. Sunday I took 5,764 steps and burned 411 calories so I am very happy with myself. (IF I CONTROL MY MIND I WILL CONTROL MY WEIGHT). Have a blessed Monday
232.3 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 92.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If it helps any I always weigh myself first thing in the morning because through the day anything you do or wear or eat will make those numbers change. Always go with what you get that morning :) Have a great day Sweet

Whenever you get to measure yourself that's fine, as long as you stick to the same hour everyday you weigh yourself! Personally i prefer the morning since the loss of water and digestion during the night makes me seem slimmer :P. Others prefer to weigh in at night so they have a motivation not to eat late.... It's pretty much your call! But don't make weighing in an everyday thing... it's quite stressful... I take into account how much i weigh every sunday or every ten days....
