Hello buddies I have been out of touch for a while I have not been feeling well trying to deal with this pain I think the best thing for me to do is to go on a juice fast diet just tried to get my body back together but I thank everyone for the comments I'm not sure if I'm going to be taking off work for a while we shall see have a good day

Hello everyone especially my buddies my weight have gone down by 0. 2 . One practice I have learned is to count the carbs no matter what I eat I'm supposed to have no more than 260 carbs a day so even if I go over that amount I still count it and that seems to be working for me. everyone have a wonderful Monday

still to go: 91.8 lb

Hello everyone this last few days have been very bad for me I'm off track mainly because I was sick I have this and low back issue and so I was off work for 2 days in major pain which made me eat everything. so now I believe I picked up 2 pounds but I will start all over again and get back on track. everyone have a wonderful Saturday.

Weigh-in: 232.0 lb

lost so far: 3.9 lb

still to go: 92.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

Hello buddies, I am still on track I have lose .3 with watching my carb intake and a little exercise. I want so bad to exercise more but I will pay for it the next day with pain in my back.

Hello buddies, today my weight shows down 0.6, I weighed myself 3 times to make sure then I put the scale up walked into the kitchen came back pulled the scale out weighed myself again and it said something different. So I'm going with the first weigh in. Sunday I took 5,764 steps and burned 411 calories so I am very happy with myself. (IF I CONTROL MY MIND I WILL CONTROL MY WEIGHT). Have a blessed Monday
