Mother's Day gain so far - I know by tomorrow I will probably be up another pound! Hehehe ... expected but will work on it all of next week. I am doing a "Draglist". Happy Mother's Day!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I made my own breakfast today, coconut palio pancake recipe, bacon, and one egg. used pure cream and sugar free hazelnut syrup in coffee today, trying to get off of the regular coffee creamer stuff.

made it with 3 tablespoons of coconut flour, 3 tablespoons of coconut milk, 3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil, 3 eggs, 3 drops of stevia, and 1/4 tsp of baking powder, I added a tiny bit of water to get it to the consistency I wanted, it makes about 3 pancakes, I had 2 pancakes and saved the batter for a one pancake breakfast for tomorrow.

Walked for 30 minutes this morning and drank my coffee , talked to my sisters long distance while I walked, made it go faster, then came home and did some yard work for an hour and mopped the floors, for about a half hour. will walk tonight for an hour with my neighbor, last time we went for 90 minutes , will see what happens.
