I had to get on the scales three times to make sure it was reading right haha!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week

Yes, I've known for a while now that I have had zero excuses because this isn't my first rodeo lol. Lost weight before, but I think my motivation was wrong and that's why I never stuck with it until now. My husband kept telling me then that I had to do this for myself and stop worrying about how others thought I "looked". Who cares now?! I want to be healthy, looking good is just a perk that comes along with it, but it is not my motivation anymore :) If it takes me from now until the rest of my life to reach my ultimate goal (140-150), I'm ok with it because this IS my lifestyle now. I didn't mean to write a book, I just feel so much better, and I am so excited for the future I could cry happy tears.
