Well I just finished phase one and this time around I only lost two pounds, I am a little disappointed. I did not follow the diet as well this time as I did last time and so I am not totally surprised. I think I might try to go for a few more days because I really want to get down to 135. Does anyone else do phase one for longer than nine days? Do you continue to lose weight or does your body get used to it and stop burning the fat?
139.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm going to try a few more days.Because I messed up a 6 days w/ dozens tortilla's. I'm now starting to lose about 1 lb a day. Since I stpped that. Also, its been in the 90's so hard to exercise. I may try swimming~!!Today is day 9.

Hang in there, for some reason the 2nd time doing detox was harder for me too! I ended up switching to the Extreme Fat Smash...it is working pretty well, but is taking a while just like anything else. Don't expect to loose it all over night, a couple pounds a week is great, the slower you loose it the better off you are. Keep your chin up, you are doing great!

I'm going to do phase I this time for 20 days.... hopefully at least. Since you haven't stuck to the diet 100%, you'll probably be just fine going longer on Phase I. Like Belledio, if you stick with it pretty closely you'll probably start seeing a more rapid weight loss. Keep your head up. Take anything you can get. You can do it! :)
