Oops!! not a good week for me, Out of town for a funeral no internet, and not a lot of will power. have eat the right foods just too much of them ....Having a hard time with portion control o strawberries.....Easter ham, and cheese. going to try to ....no.. I AM going to get back on track.....Back with a vengeance!!!
226.6 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's so hard to stick to the right foods at the right time when you are out of your element. Funeral no less. You'll get back, just keep going.

You were on a roll before going out of town so I have no doubt that you will be doing likewise this week. I agree, being out of your element makes things a little more difficult.
