Resolve getting weaker. Ate at a Chinese restaurant yesterday. Mr Coco said he needed comfort food after a stressful day. That meant sesame shrimp. I had chicken lo mein. Fried wonton appetizer. Bloated and irritable today. Talking like Tonto. Grr.

I love kung pao chicken and crab rangoon. Why do the yummy things have to be so high in calories.

usually its okay to have a high calorie day every once in awhile when you have been keeping with your regular food plan for a while. It might show as a minor weight gain for the day because of the high intake on that one day but falls right back off if you continue on with your normal eating pattern. At least that has been my experience. you just cant fool yourself into thinking you can do it often

I looked at your journal and two days ago you were on target and at your lowest weight! so you are doing awesome for real! just a couple days of messing up a bit! but truly you are doing great. you need to look at the big picture like i did and see just how wonderful you are doing! dont let two days out of all that get you thinking bad thoughts. its in the past,,,it happened...let it go and move on! you have done this a long time and can continue on. remember past behavior predicts future behavior..and your past behavior shows me that you are on the right path to your goals.

The resolve dissolve...I totally understand what you are saying..yes, keeping up the momentum is challenging but I have faith that we will find our way, it may take longer then some but once we have it down we have it good!! TOWANDA!!!!!

I am staring down the barrel of the chinese food battle myself. This weekend my hubby and I have plans with my brother & his wife... They all voted chinese food dinner for saturday night. I love chinese food but it makes me cringe also. I'm pretty sure I'll over eat. It happens every time.
