I brisk walk in the morning to save energy to work in the afternoon. I push hard to run in the evening so I'm exhausted and sleep like a 'baby' ..
Yesterday I was beyond clever, I wanted to change the whole world,
Today I'm wise, I'm changing myself !
136.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
