Hello 160's! I cheated a little and had some rib crib BBQ last night. I'm thankful for the small drop I got out of it. Thought for sure I'd gain.
169.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
