MattRide's Journal, 18 September 2023

Last week, I ate less carbs but with more proteins. Took daily fruit smoothies with whey protein powder and I performed 50 sit ups daily to balance both upper and lower body strengths. Loving this progress and I LOVE LIFE !
136.3 lb Lost so far: 19.7 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Matt ,that’s an amazing bike 🚴. Beautiful views. So happy you enjoyed the ride . I once took my sister on a long distance ride with gorgeous scenery when we stopped someplace beautiful to have lunch ,I will never forget this for the rest of my life. She said she doesn’t do it for the views”she only does it to bike. I honestly do it to bike, but I absolutely adore the views that’s what makes me bike longer and harder. Enjoy your week.
