Don't understand. 2 hours at the gym yesterday. 23 weeks pregnant. To high of a weight gain thus far.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1857 kcal Fat: 45.87g | Prot: 56.90g | Carb: 320.82g.   Breakfast: Tropicana Trop50 Lemonade, Quaker Instant Oatmeal - Lower Sugar Maple & Brown Sugar, Lucerne Fat Free Coffee Creamer. Lunch: Einstein Brothers Bagels Everything Bagel, Einstein Brothers Bagels Everything Bagel, Great Value Grilled Chicken Breast Fillets, BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, Wish-Bone Fat Free Italian Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Pepperidge Farm Seasoned Croutons. Dinner: Panera Bread French Baguette, Bertucci's Pasta Fagioli Soup (Bowl). Snacks/Other: Keebler Honey Grahams Crackers, Twizzlers Twizzlers, Great Value Large Marshmallows, Simply Balanced Organic Baked Corn Puffs White Cheddar, Tootsie Roll Tootsie Roll (Midgees). more...
