well I guess my body was holding on to a lot of water. Makes me feel a little better. haha.
174.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I dont think so. Its brand new and I moved it all over the place to get different readings. I drank a ton of water yesterday though.

That's okay it is still 4.1 lbs of water you no longer have to carry around :)

Losing water is part of the process. A dietitian I knew years ago told me that in order for fat cells to be metabolized the excess water they carry had to be shed. Feel good about the loss and keep up what you're doing. :)
