It seems like this will now be a durable drop below 160. 150 still seems kind of far away, but even if it takes longer to get to that round number than it has to get to higher ones, it will come. Consistency is so important, and Rome wasn't even torn down in a day. Good luck to any fellow travelers who read this. Stay strong! We can so totally do this.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

hi elizabeth! congrats on losing 37 lbs! thats wonderful.looks like a slow steady decline in weight that from what im reading is exactly how its supposed to be done. keep at it and good luck!
