We've gotten a call to see about not one, but two children. We had to reschedule our meeting due to illness. Today is our rescheduled appt, and last night I was a hot mess. Just overate. This morning I wasn't hungry...ie, the tummy did not growl. It didn't growl until 9:20am -- which is why I'm now enjoying a yummy Advocare Trim Meal Replacement Shake and an apple. I've been skittish to go back to having the shakes for breakfast and lunch due to this past stomach virus plague illness. Slowly bringing myself back. Plus yesterday I had an excessive amount of fruit and sugar (head hung down in shame) -- all over the children thing. God and I had a little chat this morning -- there are feelings I have, and I'm not sure they are normal. Am I being protective or selfish? Is this God's Will or only partially? Is it wrong to be protective over my dog (12.5 years old) and not sure how he will react....to why do you only hear bad news - the news media feeds on giving us bad news all the time.

Yeah, it was an interesting morning. Plus I weighed in at 250lbs again. Sigh. Gain weight -- yeah, I got that. Lose weight? Only when sick.
