Greetings from someone who actually got their butt up and actually did yoga.
This motivation was found due to this article: http://www.health.com/health/gallery/0,,20735338,00.html

Today was yoga anyway, per calender, and I started a twisting pose yoga via PopSugar Fitness. About 5 minutes into the workout, it crashed and I deleted the app. I enjoy it, but the crashing part is totally annoying. So went to my very favorite workout app - Skimble. Did the Calorie Blasting Yoga, and burned 300 calories! It definitely was challenging! (Worked out on a big pile of sheetrock...space is limited at home) Felt GREAT afterwards.

Started my day drinking water...switched to hot tea (throat scratchy from sinus drainage.)

It's gonna be a great day. Leg/Back and ABX planned for tomorrow. Pray motivation still finds me to do it!
