I no longer eat or drink after 6pm, have coffee & ‘lil milk at 6am before running + drink pure water & fast until 12 noon. Technically lose weight during sleep and fasting 18 hours … I luv it because I will be able bike climb Patagonia one day 😁
136.7 lb Lost so far: 19.3 lb.    Still to go: 1.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
